For 13 days transform your life in 13 minutes:

1. For 13 days drink 1 gallon of water per day!
2. For 13 days eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
3. Mediate / pray for 13 minutes for 13 days
4. Give 13 compliments – at least one per day for 13 days
5. Do 13 acts of kindness
6. Do 13 more acts of kindness = 26 Acts!
7. For 13 days stretch in the morning for 13 minutes!
8. Do cardio – walk, run, bike, dance, or do the elliptical machine for 13 minutes for 13 days.
9. For 13 days, before bed, hold the plank position for 13 seconds. (Plank position is to lie horizontal on the floor, tighten abs and hold this position on your elbows)
10. For 13 days while watching TV during commercials do 13 squats (stand then squat; let your butt touch the couch then repeat).
11. For 13 days, while driving to or from work hold your lower abs then release, repeat for 13 repetitions
12. Distance yourself from social media for 13 minutes a day for 13 days!!!
13. For 13 days, smile at one stranger per day!
We often think transformation or meaningful change occurs in giant leaps, big decisions or monumental sacrifices. Actually greatness happens in the little every day occurrences that are significant, intentional and powerful.
Transformation happens when we come from a place of fullness instead of lack; when we move with ease along our path and make choices based on our desires rather than our disappointments. And when we align our inner purpose with our outward doing.
We feel the wind of the Universe blow in our direction, we remain present to what is and minutes turn into days and days into years. Before we know it life is magical again.
